Shake the can rigorously before application.

To ensure an even coverage, hold the container 10-15 inches / 25-40 cm from the body, use circular sweeping movements whilst pressing the nozzle to cover the skin with self tanning liquid.

Use a Tantastic Applicator mitt to evenly smooth the self tan into the skin.

Avoid bathing, showering and rigorous exercise for the next 7 hours.

Moisturise only after you have showered or bathed.
