5. Applying Your Tan

Apply your fake tan directly on to the mitt, then spread over your skin using circular movements. Tantastic products have a guide colour to ensure no areas are missed, they are also quick drying, making it very easy to apply.

For a darker result, you can add additional layers of the tan. Tantastic products dry almost immediately, meaning you can apply another layer straight away.

Lightly blend over the top/ sides of your hands and knuckles - you only need a small amount of tan on the mitt for your hands.

Your tan will take approx 8 hours to fully develop, therefore it is recommended you apply self tan the day before you need it. The tan develops best overnight, due to the heat in bed. Remember to shower in the morning to remove any excess tan.

Tip: Showering, bathing, swimming and vigorous exercise must be avoided for 8 hours after application.

Tanning Routine
Day 1 - Shave, wax and exfoliate
Day 2 - Apply tan just before bed
Day 3 - Shower

You can do the Day 1 and 2 on the same day providing you don't apply your tan for at least 8-12 hours.
