Delivery and Returns

Ordering Methods

All of our online credit/debit card payments are handled by Sage Pay, our payment service provider. This ensures that your transaction data is kept secure at all times. We accept Solo, Visa or MasterCard through our website.

We can also accept orders via the telephone, again your transaction details will be kept strictly confidential. We can accept Maestro/Solo, Visa, MasterCard and Switch on telephone orders.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept American Express, Laser or Cheques.

Delivery times

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Excludes Bank Holidays).

Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the delivery of orders to Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of orders to the Republic of Ireland.

Please allow 15-20 working days for delivery of orders to Europe and the rest of the world.

Please supply us with a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel. 

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Postage and Packaging Rates

Our postage rates are as follows:

UK - £2.95 per order
Rep. of Ireland - £3.95 per order
Rest of World - £7.50 per order

Postage is free on all orders to the UK and Ireland over £25.

Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging Rates.

Export/Import Duties

If the delivery address you give us is outside the UK, import duties and/or taxes may be levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer agrees that as the importer of the goods they ordered they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.  The Cutomer should also be aware that when shipping internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Order cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after orders have been dispatched.

Returns

If you have not been supplied with the correct items as listed on your order, please contact us by telephone + 44 (0)28 90810350 or by email: info@tantastic.co.uk

We will then ask you to return the incorrect item to us, on receipt of the package we will reimburse your postage costs and send you the correct items immediately. 

Faults

Inspect the products immediately on delivery. If there are any missing, damaged or faulty items please notify us within 48 hours.  Any damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 14 days for replacement.


We strongly advise that any returns should be made by recorded delivery, registered post or courier to cover the value of the goods.  We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.
